CARVED and the agency receiving your enquiry use the information needed to respond, manage vehicle files and keep the service secure. Publisher details and agency contacts identify who to contact with questions.
Information collected and purposes
Depending on your request, we receive your contact details, message, vehicle information, photos and documents you submit. These support your enquiry, agency appointments and file management. Sellers’ private contact details are not displayed in public listings.
Access and technical providers
Authorized staff access files according to their role and agency. Hosting, storage and email providers help operate the service. Ask the publisher for provider details and hosting locations.
Cookies, drafts and statistics
The site uses mechanisms needed for staff sign-in, security and language preferences. A form draft may be stored in your browser. Listing interactions are counted without advertising cookies; technical request information is used to reduce duplicate counts and abuse.
WhatsApp and external services
Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy rules. A vehicle link may prefill the public listing title and URL. You choose what to send; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Retention and security
Information is kept according to its purpose and applicable obligations. Ask the publisher for the retention periods relevant to your file. Access is restricted, but no service can promise absolute security.
Requests about your information
Use the Contact page to ask the agency or publisher for access, correction or deletion. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or handle a dispute.
Alerts and updates
Email alerts require confirmation of your subscription, and messages include an unsubscribe link. This policy may change to reflect service features and publisher information.
Optional audience measurement with Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures by default visits to public pages (pages viewed, device and general traffic source). Google receives technical connection information for this processing. Our page tracking does not send URL query strings or fragments, form values or private tracking pages. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. You can accept, refuse or withdraw permission through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Your choice and measurement cookies are kept for up to six months. Google is an external provider and may process data outside Tunisia under its privacy terms. Listing statistics used to operate the service remain separate from this optional measurement.
