Why can't I call the seller?
To protect the seller and guarantee you a verified vehicle, everything goes through the agency.
What does "verified by the agency" mean?
The vehicle was inspected, its papers checked and its price reviewed before publication.
How do I track my sale request?
With the reference you received after sending the form, on the "Track a request" page.
Can I pay in instalments?
Some vehicles show a payment plan. Ask the agency for the terms from the listing.
